Sales Manager for Five Core Electronics Ltd in Ghana, Uganda, Nigeria

    Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Developing sales strategies and setting targets
    2. Reaching the targets and goals set for country.
    3. Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
    4. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
    5. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
    6. Allocating areas to sales representatives
    7. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
    8. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
    9. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
    10. Servicing the needs of existing customers
    11. Recruiting and training sales staff 
    12. Compiling and analyzing sales figures
    13. Reporting to the Concerned Person
    14. Regular updation of Action Plan
      Requirements:
      Mandatory:
      1. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
      2. The ability to motivate and lead a team
      3. Initiative and enthusiasm
      4. Excellent communication in English (other language preferred)
      5. Good planning and organizational skills
      6. Min. sales experience 5 Yrs
