Accounts Manager for Turkey

Work Location :- Adana, Turkey

Reporting to :- CFO Asia & AME

Well verse with Excel, Macro, SAP
Cashflow Management
Annual Budgets preparation and ensure periodic reviews of performance to highlight improvement areas
Review and submission of monthly Divisional profitability, MIS on Margin Management, Working Capital, Advertisement & Sales Promotion expenses, Discounts etc.
Providing performance forecast/estimates to country head on periodic basis to enable corrective action
Frame and drive implementation of commercial policies
Drive efficiency in working capital elements of debtors & inventories

Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and monitor return on investment by driving post implementation reviews
Develop systems and procedure for monitoring division expenses
Bank and cash Reconciliation on monthly basis and take appropriate actions.
Other B/S A/C scrutiny on quarterly basis and take appropriate actions.
Complete accounting of expenses and provisions in the book on monthly basis to show the correct profitability.
Closing book as per the corporate deadline.
Completion of Statutory Audit as per the corporate deadline.
Regular interaction with HO to understand the corporate needs and improve the process.
Final closure of accounts
Dealing with Internal & Statutory Auditor, Consultants

CA / ICWA with atleast 2 Yrs exp with reputed Mfg Company.
SAP Knowledge is must.
Company will provide accomodation.
