Business Development Executive in iCrest Sdn Bhd, Malaysia





  • Responsible for winning new business as well as growing existing accounts in Malaysia.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with CXO level executives.
  • Exposure to markets in Malaysia in Multinational Companies will be an added advantage.
  • Drive the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships while maintaining and supporting the current client base to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients.
  • Target and penetrate key prospects and influence decision-makers.
  • Have a fair understanding of Presales and Bid Management.
  • Should have the ability to understand technology and articulate the value proposition to customers.
  • Should be willing to travel Domestic and Internationally as demand arises.

  • Experience of working with Professional services and Staffing market.
  • Should have Expertise in Business Development, Talent Acquisition management, Client Management & Consulting.
  • Experience with revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.
  • Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Good understanding of offshore software services model, and talent acquisition.
  • Exposure with pre-sales activities like RFP's, RFI's.
  • "C "level contacts with banks and telco will be a added advantage .
  • Should have good knowledge about the existing competition and should be able to device business plans 
  • Able to work independently
