- Develop the pre-screening questionnaire for shortlisting the candidates.
- Draft the technical training curriculum for the trainings.
- Create the evaluation process for trainee assessment and trainer assessment
- Review performance of the trainers and participate in weekly status meetings with the client CoE team.
- Conduct training sessions for the trainees.
- Periodic review of the curriculum for updates and make modifications to ensure the course content stays relevant & up-to-date.
- Create the course content and framing the assessment criteria in conjunction with the training lead.
- Deliver training sessions as per the desired schedule
- Organize and present the information in such a manner that it improves the knowledge base of trainees
- Training evaluation and periodic assessment of candidates through tests / exercises.
- Provide weekly status reports on the training sessions and provide candidate insights to the CoE in line with the objectives.
- Undertake research to identify the new & emerging trends in the market and develop competency in these new areas.
- Provide support to other parties in the CoE with regards to any technical clarifications.
- Trainers should be able to profile participants in one of the three categories (objective) by observing their behavior and recommend necessary coaching to hone their skills.
