Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain all production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Ensure the availability and proper feeding of raw materials in order achieve smooth production.
- Assembling and dismantling of extrusion tools as per instruction from Shift Supervisor.
- Setup of downstream equipment and preparation for start-up.
- Responsible for the smooth running of Extruder.
- Report to Shift Supervisor and make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety environment.
- Communicate with Shift Supervisors as necessary.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Complete shift paper works as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualification:
- Due to continued growth, we are looking to add Machine Operators to join our operation. The successful candidates should have previous experience in a manufacturing production environment. These individuals will be responsible for working with our plastic molding machinery, as well as be able to monitor and inspect the quality of material being produced, which is then packed and shipped for distribution.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2 years extruder machine operation related experience in plastic or pipe manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of the extrusion process and extruder machinery associated with PVC pipes.
- Good English communications skills, Arabic is advantage.
