- As a Metadata Functional Consultant, your job is to directly collaborate with our most strategic customers and partners to share your comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, its extensibility, and integration capabilities. Combined with your expertise in implementation, and ability to understand and solve business problems, you will directly drive the best possible design and deployment of groundbreaking business solutions that meet and exceed our customers' requirements.
- Gather and understand client functional requirements
- Perform gap analysis between a clients requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Strong understanding in creating technical specifications
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
- Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training)
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies
- Develop high level project work plans
- Lead technical discussions with clients
- Support existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 2015 (Microsoft Dynamics) solution
- Male candidates
- Strong Work Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015 and associated technologies
- Good communication Skills
