Knowledge/Technical Skills
Good knowledge of English with verbal and reading ability.
Technical and practical knowledge of PPE
Thorough understanding of personnel safety

Understanding of process safety
Technical and practical knowledge of blasting and painting (surface treatment)
Able to understand and interpret relevant drawings such as, but not limited to P&ID and plot plans.
Able to understand and interpret material safety data sheets (MSDS)
Thorough understanding of approved MOQ safety and technical procedures and guidelines. 

Education/ Certifications 
Elementary school
Technical college certificate, relevant apprenticeship or industry experience 

Experience
Minimum 1 year offshore experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working with surface treatment of structure and pipe work installation, preferably from the oil and gas industry.
