Personal Chef for African Marine & General Engineering Co Ltd., Kenya


    The position is of residential chef for the Director.

    Meal planning according to family dietary logs.

    Procurement of supplies.

    Cleanliness and organizing the kitchen.

    Evaluate food based on Nutrition.

    Handling all aspects of kitchen management including monitoring food production and aesthetic presentation of food and beverages.

    Experimenting and presenting innovative ideas, styles new dishes and ensuring cost control measures to be taken.

    Menu Management.

    Planning of menus of different/Multi cuisines.

    Check prepared dishes and its taste, temperature and visual appearance and standard recipes.
      Be conversant with cooking of International Cuisine.

      Have experience and knowledge of Multi Cuisine Dishes.

      Be willing to relocate to Mombasa, Kenya.
      3+ years experience
