- REPORTING TO: Assistant Manager Business Development
- OBJECTIVE: To generate new business and develop dealer network
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
Regular follow-up with existing dealers
Identifying new dealers in different cities of Sri Lanka
Maintain & follow-up on action plans to achieve business targets
Generating new inquiries & follow-up with existing inquiries
Analyzing market trends & competition
Co-ordinate and participate in promotional activities & trade shows
Developing relationships with Government personnel for tendering process

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1-5 yrs
QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate (if experience over 3 years)
Preferably MBA International Business (if 1-2 yrs exp)

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Experience in Dealer Management
Knowledge in export terms and regulations
Standard invoicing & billing procedures
Mandatory known languages Sinhala & English
Good in verbal and written English
Good communication skills
Sri Lankan National (mandatory) Preferably (non-tamil)
