- 10 - 12 yrs Industrial catering experience.
- Kitchen operations of industrial kitchens, daily reports & MIS. Budgets, Menu planning & execution.
- Maintenance & upkeep of kitchen machinery, equipments & transport.
- Knowledge of food hygiene MUST.
- Maintain stock levels & ordering new supplies as required.
- Maintain appropriate staffing within budgetary guidelines.
- Monitoring and exceeding expected standards.
- Dealing with staffing & client issues.
