Catering Operations Manager for UAE

    10 - 12 yrs Industrial catering experience. 
    Kitchen operations of industrial kitchens, daily reports & MIS. Budgets, Menu planning & execution.
    Maintenance & upkeep of kitchen machinery, equipments & transport. 
    Knowledge of food hygiene MUST.
      Maintain stock levels & ordering new supplies as required. 
      Maintain appropriate staffing within budgetary guidelines. 
      Monitoring and exceeding expected standards. 
      Dealing with staffing & client issues.
