Country Sales Manager for Nomd Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

 CSM will be solely responsible for establishing The Company presence and driving sales activities in the KSA.
 Collaborates with the GM in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
 Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
 CSM should be able to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners in the territory.
 CSM will be responsible for establishing all the sales team within the KSA.
 The CSM must be comfortable selling software (ECM, BPM, KM) solutions to all levels of any organizations.
 Experience in telephone sales is a must.
 This position reports to the Director – Strategy & Operations
• Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing
• Software/ services and products
• Responsible for Annual Revenue Targets.
• Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
• Create and Manage Channel Partner network for products under the Distribution Product Portfolio
• Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
• Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
• Provide account management to an existing territory
• Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
• Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
• Responsible for co-ordination with the HO for all technical, commercial, administrative and legal assistance.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the GM
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers. • Collaborates with [Insert title] to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
• Collaborates with the GM to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
