Job holder will drive Sand’s FMCG Business goals through Business and sales planning, Execution and Account management activities to meet and exceed principal’s market-share goals
Functions
1. Translate business objectives into Sales plans, execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales revenue, and market-share growth
2. Timely collection of accounts receivables
3. Account Management - Engage Retail buyers on monthly sales plan through demand forecast, sales planning, merchandise management and executing sellout drivers in store to achieve plan and build trust with buyers
4. Merchandiser management - manage the merchandiser team, assign weekly targets, monitor and record achievements, celebrate achievements

Must be experienced in FMCG - Food and Non Food Sector in the GCC Area
