Close co-ordination with existing Distributors in GCC (Gulf Co-operation Council) countries and entire MENA markets. 
To conduct visits all the retail grocery stores and supermarkets with a regular interval, to ensure that our products are placed properly and moving well with a good consumer response. 
To arrange and provide all types of promotional material (Danglers, Posters, Wobblers, PP Strips etc.) for retail outlets through head-office. 
exploring the new markets in the Middle East (Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia etc.) appoint Distributors (setting up distribution network) and explore mainstream supermarkets in these countries. 
Sourcing new Overseas Buyers/Importers for the HORECA supply in the Middle-East market. 
To give statutory country-wise labeling regulations in the Middle East & North Africa on packaging & also to help for new product development. 
Study & report Import Duty Structure, Custom Clearance Process & other Local Regulations of Importing Countries for our products while getting entry into new markets. 
Explore possibilities of supplying our Premium & Specialty Teas to AIRLINES (domestic and International in the Middle East). 
Weekly reporting containing complete information on project work and progress made during the week. 
To execute any other task given by the management from time to time. 
Close co-ordination amongst distributors, sub-distributors, retailers for better servicing to the consumers. 
Participation in various Food exhibitions / Buyers-sellers meets etc. 
Plan & executive post approval from H.O. for field activities, In-shop activities for tea sampling at trade shows or various social get-togethers. 
Co-ordination for planning and executive post approval from H.O. for Electronic & Pint Media. 

1) Person should know Malayalam language.
2) Person should have working Experience in Middle East.
3) Should have experience with Carrefour, lulu, giants and other prominent supermarkets.
4) Should have market exposure to entire MENA market not only Dubai.
