    Currently we are having an Urgent opening for Onsite Deployment project at Qatar for one of our esteemed client. 

    Position: MS Dynamics CRM Consultant 
    Experience: 4 - 6 Years
    Job Location: Doha, Qatar
    Job Type: Permanent with Aufait Technologies deployed with the client for 6 months contract.
    Onsite Allowance: Rs 40000 or As per what we confirm.

    MS Dynamics CRM Consultant
    SUMMARY:

    Client is seeking a CRM Consultant for one of its client who will provide consulting, programming, training, installation and support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The consultant will work in a team environment with responsibility to provide a technical guidance and leadership around IT and database requirements of a CRM implementation. He will also work to develop integrations between CRM and other applications.

    ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Implement and configure CRM according to business needs and using the Dynamics CRM toolkits and associated products

    Configure and customize CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production

    Participating in internal project scoping and estimating exercises to provide integration estimates

    Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects and tickets

    Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications

    Understands and uses programming and documentation best practices

    Conduct proof of concept pilot projects, testing and evaluating proposed MS CRM-based solutions

    Prepare a qualification program for development team in order to qualify them in MS CRM platform and manage them in different implementations

    Lead internal knowledge transfer and training for MS CRM resources

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    Skilled IT professional with extensive experience in software analysis, design, development and training

    Understanding of MS CRM best practices

    Experience of designing and implementing effective business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    Business process analysis, design skills

    UI and Front end customization skills

    Proven track record of successful implementations in an enterprise environment

    At least 2 years experience in planning and architecture MS CRM implementations

    4+ years experience in developing web-based solutions

    Experience in Microsoft SQL Server

    Experience with integration tools (MS BizTalk Server)

    Documentation experience in Analysis Scope, Software Requirements Specifications and Software Design

    Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot developed solutions

    BI and Reporting design skills to extract reports for client/server and web enabled applications and to extract statistics and design dashboards

    Identify design alternatives and conduct technical feasibility

    Experience in some, or all, of the following technologies

    Microsoft Visual C# and .NET Architecture

    WCF/Web services

    ASP.NET

    HTML, XML, XSL, XPath and CSS

    SQL and SQL Server Monitoring and Administration

    Windows Forms and InfoPath forms

    WWF Workflows

    SOA and ESB concepts

    TRAINING ANS CERTIFICATIONS:

    Training and certifications would be preferred
