Client Profile: 

Our client, a reputed major overseas Contracting Company with HQ in Dubai are urgently requiring experienced and competent personnel for their prestigious Oil & Gas Process Plant project in Kuwait. 

Job Location: Project Site Office, Kuwait 

1. Engineer Construction (Pipeline)

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering 

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in large value EPC (Onshore) Oil & Gas Pipeline projects as Engineer Pipeline. 

Specific Requirements:


• Plan day by day activities as front provided by Pipeline Construction Manager and supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution.
• Ensure that all the pipeline work activities get completed as per the quality norms and as per project specifications.
• Discuss and resolves daily site problems with site supervisors.
• Monitors construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provides input to the regular reports to Line Manager.
• Close Liaison with site supervisors and sub-contractors, ensuring all permits to work are in place. 
• Ensure that the welding procedures are properly documented and welding team strictly adhering approved. 
• WPS during welding of pipeline. 
• Ensure all quality inspection activities are in accordance with the Projects Quality plan & Company Plan, and arise RFI for completed job. 
• Also Responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining a safe and hazard free working environment. 

2. Engineer Bending

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil or Surveying Engineering OR ITI Survey

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in large value EPC (Onshore) Oil & Gas Pipeline projects as Bending Engineer. 

Specific Requirements:


• The Field Bending Engineer is responsible for locating, measuring and determining the required bends to accommodate changes in direction and elevation in the trench. 
• Determining the type of bend (Over bend, sag bend or a combination) and the degree of each bend and marking each pipe joint. 
• Ensure lapping where tie-ins are required (road crossings, side bends and test points). 
• Working with the welding team and the bending crew to complete tasks. 
• To do the surveying of the pipeline right of way and ditch line to determine the field bends for pipe of various diameters from 8 to 48.
• To prepare Bending list addressing specific issues and characteristics of each spread and generate bending report during the bending activity and records data, and explain to Bending Foreman and other personnel involved in bending of the various operations to be carried out during bending activity. 

3. Superintendent Civil (Pipeline)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (B Sc, BA, B Com) from recognize University OR Higher Secondary

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in large value EPC (Onshore) Oil & Gas Pipeline projets as Superintendent Civil. 

Specific Requirements:


• Review the contracts documents (drawings and specification related to his discipline) and advise the Construction manager of any deficiency and raise TQ accordingly. 
• Plan and supervise the civil activities on daily basis for the following discipline Trenching, Bedding, Padding, Asphalt/Rig Road Crossing, U/G Utilities Crossing Activities, Backfilling, Anchor Block & Berm Construction. 
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements as per the approved Project Construction schedule. 
• Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) are being complying and submit timely RFI for field inspection with relevant QC. 
• Prepare Daily Progress Report (DPR) and submit to Planner and Line Manager on daily basis. Monitor Sub-Contractor civil discipline as directed by Line Manager. 
• Also Responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining a safe and hazard free working environment. 

4. Surveyor (Pipeline)

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil or Surveying Engineering OR ITI Survey

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in large value EPC (Onshore) Oil & Gas Pipeline projects as Surveyor. Should be through in Static observation of Surveying System & data processing & Mapping. 

Specific Requirements: 
• Review current work process, plan and execute the pipeline survey as directed by manager.
• Drive stakes to fix survey points and determine location data to be placed on stakes, managing the survey process in the acquisition of Right of Way for pipeline.
• Carry stakes and other fields equipments over long distances and through a variety of terrain.
• Ensure that angles, distances, and other collected information are accurate and conform to regulations and standards.
• Liaises with client surveyor and perform joint survey verification whenever needed.
• Perform survey in field and take accurate measure for required cold bending.
• Research survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
• Perform survey in field and records data for AS-BUILT drawings. 
• Hands on experience in handling all latest Total Station EDM Including Leica GPS system 1200 & Leica Redline TPC 1200 & Trimble, RTK.
