Job Description:
Ensures that spare part inventories are maintained at appropriate levels through statistical methods
Submits purchase requisitions for necessary parts
Promptly receives spare parts and consumable items
Completes and maintains documentation regarding stores receipts and issues
Maintains inventory transactions and runs reports from CMMS system
Ensures that all parts information is updated in CMMS system
Organizes and maintains store and any facility in which spare parts or consumables are kept
Familiarizes self with all equipment on site to better understand parts needs and consumption
Keeps abreast of any equipment changes that may affect spare parts inventories
Reviews work request to ensure that parts needs are being met
Organizes and maintains records generated from stores receipts and issues
Organizes shipments for and receives parts repairs
Maintains clean and organized personal workspace
Liaisons with maintenance personnel to ensure accuracy of stores receipts, issues, and part descriptions
Utilize maintenance personnel to ensure that parts orders are technically correct.
Uses MS Office software (EXCEL, WORD) to prepare support documentation referencing stores supplies or spare parts
Has knowledge of and adheres to all departmental rules and regulations, as well as departmental procedures.

Should be holding minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with not less than 8 to 10 yrs. experience
Should be working in Plastic bottling / Packaging industry with thorough knowledge of Injection, blow molding & PET / Pre-form machines maintenance ( Electrical)
Should have maintenance exposure (Mechanical / Electrical) in the following PET blowing machines,
Sidel, Cronse, Cosmi, Nessie
Troubleshooting, maintenance, Fault finding of Electronic drive system
Troubleshooting microprocessor based instruments – Conventional and modern PLC based system.
Oversee, coordinate and monitor the maintenance of all Electrical equipment
Plan Preventive maintenance in advance and complies recommendations
Sr. Mechanical Technician

Production Manager
Qualifications:

Experience and Knowledge:

Ability to manage a multicultural work force
Extensive knowledge of multi cavity moulds and injection machines (300 ton and above), resin drying, mould chilling systems.
A working knowledge of Husky PET systems and Sidle Blowing machines
Key Accountabilities:
To ensure manufacturing standards are maintained to ISO requirements
To ensure that scrap and reject levels are maintained at budget levels

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant status and get the daily accumulation of Ext. #1 & #2 output then submit it to Production Manager ;CC to Plant Manager.
Assist Production Manager for smooth operation of the Plant.
Attend any problem of Machine or Product and ensure that they are corrected immediately.
Proper schedule of mould / insert and required sheets size change over.
Monitoring of daily production against target, and controlling of scrap accumulation.
Prepare weekly production planning with sales (based on sales requirement, machine capacity, manpower, availability of material, moulds etc.)
Coordinate with sales and ensure all sales requirements are met.
To check Weekly Manpower distribution and schedule to run all required machines.
Coordinate with production clerk in preparing Monthly Summary Report.
To check and sign Daily Production Job Reports.
To prepare monthly Raw & Packaging Material Variance report against budgeted requirements with the help of Production supervisors and submit to the production clerk to be attached with Monthly summary report.
To prepare monthly budget variance justification as per the finance report.
Conduct daily meeting to discuss all issues and forward Minutes of the Meeting to all attendees and Managers.

Process Engineer
Qualification & Experience:
Degree or equivalent in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering
Supervisory Experience

Duties & Responsibilities
Monitors daily production, collecting and analyzing data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas develop proactive approach to problem solving through early identification and understanding of problematic areas
Responsible for the Blow Molding and downstream labeling and sleeving processes to optimize efficiencies, yields, and productivity.
Sets up new Process equipment, ensures its satisfactory operation and instructs operators in the proper use of new equipment.
Evaluates, develops, and executes projects, including project planning, feasibility studies, design, drawings, cost estimation preparation of purchase requests, and review of vendor quotations and drawings
Utilizes statistical process control techniques and other measurement tools to develop, maintain and present required reports detailing the effectiveness of existing processes or supporting the need for the introduction of new processes and procedures.
Continually identifies new manufacturing technology and justifies improvement opportunities for quality, cost, productivity, downtime and scrap.
Develops and maintains drawings for new and existing products and associated tooling, and plant layouts.
Assesses and documents new and existing processes. Implements and evaluates changes to existing processes designed to enhance productivity, safety, or product quality.
Works in other areas and performs other duties as assigned.
PET Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma, BE/B.Tech
Experience: He must be having 5 years experience in PET Bottles manufacturing such as Sidle and Krones blow moulding machines
Job & Responsibilities
Supervise all machine operators and team leaders within the department ensuring that they are completing their assigned tasks.
Prepare Weekly Production Schedule and Manpower Distribution based on weekly production requirements. If a machine breakdown occurs, re-assign operators/helpers to other jobs immediately.
Check Daily Production Job Report for accuracy - Production quantity, Downtime reasons, Quality problems, Scrap for grinding/disposal, Material transactions, Man hours, etc.
Ensure efficient mould preparation & changeover. Assist the operators & helpers to change moulds, repair breakdowns and complete proper maintenance.
Maintain proper raw material inventory level in the department including spare parts for machines & moulds.
Coordinate with Sales dept. to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Implement Hygiene, SOP’s, Safety & Quality Procedures. Ensure all procedures in the department are followed.
Monitor attendance on a daily basis, investigate sick notes, accident reports and employee lateness.
Complete Induction Training for new employees. Document and maintain skills training matrix for department.
Issue all performance charts on a daily basis.
