Production Supervisor for Forsan Foods, Saudi Arabia

Reports to : Shift Manager

Job purpose: 

Monitoring and controlling of production activities, personnel and process in Cheese, Meat, and chocolate and butter factories. To plan and carry out production activities, so as to satisfy the market needs for various products that are produced in Forsan Foods Factories, in accordance with agreed business plans of the Management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Coordinate with the Production Managers and Shift Managers for production planning and implementation.

 Manpower scheduling and effective utilization.

 To attain the allocate target on time.

 Request the Recipes as per plan .

 Arrange the raw and packing material as per production plan.

 Implementation of approved new procedure .

 Maintaining hygiene and implementing GMP rules of manufacturing.

 Raise the MWR as per the Red Tag and PM work.

 Coordinate with maintenance team for online maintenance and preventive maintenance of respective area.

 Maintaining product quality and assist quality department for online quality control.

 Shift of Product and Sausage on chillers with the coordination of shift Manager and the warehouse people.

 Prepare and submit the reports for the activities of the day.

 Supervise the performance of the team members in daily basis.

 Ensuring that the team members are following safety and security procedures.

 Make sure that all products are prepared as per the operation standards.

 Monitoring & control of process unaccountable losses and communicate to shift manager.

 Ensure: - Productivity , OEE , Rework generation under control.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor in Food technology.

Professional Certifications: 

- HACCP

- Food Safety (levels 1, 2 & 3)

Experience: 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position

Knowledge, skills & abilities / Competencies:

 Always be a Good Team leader.

Language Skills:

English: Must be able to communicate efficiently in English.

Arabic: Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Computer Skills:

Good general computer operation skills and basic knowledge of word processing and spread sheet software.
