• Coordinating on daily basis with Client.
• Handling Scrum Call (Preparing Sprint Backlog and Product Backlog).
• Analyze Burn down Chart and Communicate with Team Allocating the team to the assigned task Managed multiple release successfully.
• Project Plan, Schedule Tracking and Mentoring Team members.
• Involved in Tracking issues & arranging retrospective meeting after the sprint release.
• Leading the team to 43 members.
