Sales & Marketing Position in CAVALLINI at Salalah, Oman



Any Arabic National, Any European National, Indian, Filipino

• Deal with the company’s customers, either individuals or corporate.

• Manage tenders review, preparation and submittal.

• Establish business relations with consultants, contractors, designers and others to enrich potential business.

• Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the company through effective planning and budgeting.

• Monitor the market trends and potentials as well as the competitor’s activities and communicate and liaison the same with senior management to enhance company’s strategies.

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns with senior management and ensure successful and effective execution.

• Direct the sales team members to ensure smooth run of the work.

• Responsible for overall furniture sales and margin performance


Requirements:

Qualification-Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), PG - Master of Commerce(Commerce)

• Minimum 5 years experience in furniture field

• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

• Must have leadership personality.

• Must possess interpersonal relationship, management of the relations and skills that focuses on the customer and the results.

• Must possess and apply high communication, organizational and analytical skills.

• Responsible for performance management; establishes quotas, goals and objectives based up company priorities; consistent administration and delivery of individual performance reviews

*Must be able to hit the ground running, meet targets and finalize deals with new customers

*English communication must be excellent
