Sales Supervisor for Kuwait

Manage the sales team

Submits weekly & monthly sales reports to the management

Maximize volume & revenue in key assigned food service accounts by using fact based selling methods

Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance

Approval and critique of promotional with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development

Lead all negotiations with Co-ops and other retail outlets on displays rentals, product lists, contract renewals, etc.

Plan, monitor, appraise, and review the contributions of each department to the overall sales revenue of the company.
