A Bahrain-based company which is part of a large and wide company portfolio – from newspapers to hotels / resorts, independent restaurants, retail, financial and real estate investments, construction and Health & Beauty divisions is currently looking for dynamic professionals to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Division Director, this position has overall responsibility for the effective management and profitability of the House of Beauty wholesale business. The position includes, but is not limited to, assessing market needs, identifying niche market products, coordinating with suppliers for the purchase of stock, budgeting and cost control, hiring and retention of staff, providing leadership and direction to the HOB staff, training with new suppliers, and is ultimately responsibility for inventory control. Liaise with all suppliers in use, and to research new product suppliers. Prepare all pre and post paperwork for/from buying trips or research trips. Ensuring sale of stock and maximum distribution 

•Identify target consumers and merchandise through specific market research
•Select suppliers based on results of research, quality of merchandise and cost effectiveness (price point)
•Negotiate with suppliers on quantity and delivery time
•Liaise with financial institutes
•Prepare all financials documents for suppliers and financial institutes
•Market and promote retail outlet and its business 
•Design, write and oversees the production of printed promotional materials, brochures, flyers, press release, media guides
•Develop and prepare copy of advertising for the season/campaign 
•Financial profitability and growth sales
•Build brand awareness/recognition
•Build customer loyalty
•Launch new collections when received 
•Conduct sales (with business partners) as needed
•Constantly research new ways of advertising and reduce stock levels
•Hire staff as needed
•Direct and implement training and coaching as needed
•Monitor competition on a regular basis to ensure trends are identified
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
