4+ years of experience in requirement analysis, design, development and maintenance of software.
Experience of Web UI development using HTML5 & JavaScript.
Experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
At least 6 months of experience@ customer site.
Experience of project management, process, work flows.
Japanese: Able to Read/Speak/communicate via mail.
Business English ability.

As a member of the team , incumbent will work with Customer to define work scope/ implementation at customer site; co-ordinate with other related parties to execute the tasks; provide required information to execute the tasks; report the task status in timely manner. You should be passionate about going an extra mile to design and enhance applications for good stability, reliability and performance.
