Technical Support Manager and Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia

Sales Manager- Colorants
    1. To develop & manage large industrial customers in the regions of Saudi Arabia.
    2. To manage team of  Sales Executives as assigned by the management in the region or build a team in future as Business grows.
    3. Should be willing to travel with in the kingdom and outside the kingdom as and when required.
    4. Should be able to achieve the business targets.
    5. To manage communications, co-ordination, framing of market development activities, analysis, conducting training & seminars and support business development.
    6. Responsible for achieving the budgeted value & volume sales target of the assigned territory.
    7. Responsible to control outstanding /over dues by vigilantly monitoring the customers.
    8. To build pipeline projects for achieving sustainable business growth consistently.
    9. Identify new business opportunities at local & international customers
    10. Plan and deliver the Revenue objectives for Projects business vertical
    11. Should be able to give after sales support to line related problems
    12. Implementation of project business strategies, go-to market plans.
    13. Ensure timely collection of outstanding by reviewing with the frontline Managers / Executives.
    14. Focus on the conversion of quotations to Purchase Order and finally winning the project.
    15. Plan annual, quarterly operational plan for each Zones.
    16. Manage team of Area Development Managers / Executives in the Kingdom with high energy to motivate to deliver superior growth.
    17. Prepare & present reports on the business periodically to BU head.

    Technical Support Manager- Paints

      2. To manage team of  TS Executives effectively.
      3. Should be willing to travel with in the kingdom and outside the kingdom as and when required.
      4. To manage communications, co-ordination, framing of market development activities, analysis, conducting training & seminars and support business development.
      5. Should be able to give after sales support to line related problems.
      6. Implementation of project business strategies, go-to market plans in coordination with Sales team.
      7. Focus on the conversion of quotations to Purchase Order and finally winning the project.
      8. Recommend paint/coating solutions to customers.
      9. To take trails at customers and ensure it success.
      10. Support R&D team for necessary modification in formulations so that customers requirements are fulfilled.
      11. Achieve RFT (Right-First-Time) > 95% when making trails at customer end.
      12. Analyze and interpret results and draws conclusion to solve customer issues.
      13. Observation of market and competitors from technology point of view.
      14. Answer technical queries in a structured and comprehensive way (verbal or written) according to defined standards.
      15. Prepare and conduct technical/customer/Sales meetings as OFC team members (TSD, Customers and Sales)
      16. Acting as SPC (Single-Point-Contact) to customers for all aspects of paint technology.
      17. Prepare & present reports on the business periodically to Dy. General Manager.
