Desired candidate profile for the position:
1. Qualification Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from recognized University
2. Previous 

Experience (Yr.)

Minimum 10
Maximum 16

Any specific requirements about the previous experience -

(Organizations, functional exposure, languages known etc.)
- Experience of a supervisory role
- Proficient in English
- Good communication skills a must
3. Key Deliverables of this role - Ensuring robust paint formulations to meet product performance expectations / in line with local standards
- Product improvements and developments as required
- Ensuring product quality is in line with local standards
- Timely and successful completion of activities related to certifications of products as applicable in the country
- Formulation efficiency achievement on continuous basis
- Supervising Quality Control activities 
- Supply chain responsibilities related to timely procurement of RMs, negotiations with vendors, development of alternate RMs / vendors 
- Provide Technical Service to sales site visits, recommend painting system, investigate complaints and supervise the painting process etc.

4. Must have functional competencies 
- In depth knowledge of chemistries of light industrial, protective coatings and decorative range of products
- Prior work experience in paint research and development at supervisory level 
- Supply chain management skills
5. Critical personality attributes 
- Close co-ordination with Production and Sales
