Sadara Chemical is seeking an experienced person to coordinate the Operations in-plant training programs during the commissioning and startup phases of operation with
Industry operating experience followed by experience either delivering or coordinating coaching/training of new petrochemical plants. Which includes the requirement of having worked directly in manufacturing or chemical manufacturing organization

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Experience LMS or success factor is must
2. Develops and maintains detailed role-based training plans for individuals within a department.
3. Executes training plans by efficiently coordinating all training resources. Resources include the trainers, training materials, and training rooms.
4. Develops and maintains detailed and visible training schedule
5. Ensures training manuals and materials are available to the trainees.
6. Ensures all training and certification records are kept up-to-date.
7. Resolves scheduling conflicts effectively with the appropriate parties.
8. Delivers any training in areas of expertise
