Account Assistant for Oman

    Job Description of the candidate is as below: 
    1. Basic Knowledge of general accounting including Voucher entry etc. 
    2. Handling cash and entry of cash related voucher into the system
    3. Cheque preparation and entry into the system for Administrative Expenses like rent, telephone, electricity, water etc.
    4. Handling of Import related Documents and coordination with clearing agent for Imported material including tracking of expenses related to import
    5. Maintaining shipping flies related to Import
    6. Handing , tracking and entry into the system for payment routed through Smart card (used for immigration purpose, Custom clearance, tender purchase and various government payment)
    7. Well versed with MS office and accounting software
    8. Looking after the Profit & Loss Statements. 

    4+ years experience
      Emoluments :
      -Salary Basic - upto RO.325 to 350
      -Family Accommodation 
      - Medical at actual 
      -One month gratuity 
      -One Month leave every year which can be encashed
      -Once in a two years air return ticket from hometown 
      - Life Insurance equivalent to 48 month salary
