Country Sales Representative for Kenya / Tanzania

    Sales/ Business Development role in Africa.
    The incumbent would work in the distributor office, since they do not have an office in Africa. 
    Must have tractor sales experience in Kenya or Tanzania
    - Responsible for sales & business development in the assigned country. 
    - Expansion & develop the dealership & distributor network by assessing the market potential and gaps in coverage. 
    - Meeting & Planning with overseas distributor & dealer to increase the market share.
    - Responsible for identifying the market potential and planning the sales promotional activities in assigned market as per requirement. 
    - Responsible to achieve growth in Sales Volume, Market Share and Profitability. 
    - Prepare sales forecast based on tentative customer needs and ensure timely availability of correct model mix at the dealerships to avoid sales loss. 
    - Attending the complaints from customers and resolving it effectively keeping in mind interest of the company as well as satisfaction level of the customer.
      7+ years experience
    • Tractor Sales/ business development experience in Kenya/ Tanzania. 
    • Local language proficiency is highly desired.
    • Tractor sales/ distribution experience is required for this role.
