As HR Coordinator you will be responsible:
• Ensuring all required onboarding documents for new employees are completed and all employee details are entered on to HRMS.
• Conducting employee inductions for new employees.
• Draft welcome communication for new employees and send communication.
• Provide HR Administrator with completed personnel file for filing.
• Respond to general enquiries from employees and facilitate requests such as letters and salary certificates etc.
• Prepare status change, transfer, job title change, and salary increase letters.
• Ensure all relevant documents related to change in employee status, remuneration, warnings are filed appropriately in the personnel files
• Draft payment requests for salary advances as well as adhoc payments to Finance.
• Liaise with the travel agent and arrange annual flights, repatriation flights and hotel accommodation.
• Compile and prepare various reports relating to employees as and when required.
• Apply for head office access cards as well as replacement cards.
• Confirm leave balances as well as process leave applications ensuring required approval is given.
• Coordinate with the Operations department when requests for visa renewals or passport renewals are sent.
• Provide administrative support during the employee transfer process.
Qualification : A diploma or degree in human resources is preferable
Experience : Three to five years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge : Knowledge of U.A.E labor laws, culture, and practices.
Skills : People Management Skills
Excellent English Language. Arabic will be a plus.
