Job location: Saudi Arabia
1. Help Desk First Level Support Staff: Khafji,KSA
• Microsoft Certified
• Good English typing speed on PC keyboard
• Age not exceeding 35 years and not below 25 years
• At least three years experience of working on a Helpdesk
• Knowledge of hardware
• Sufficient knowledge of desktop software as listed under Appendix D, Schedule A. Should be able to install any new software on PC independently
• Capable of analyzing and diagnosing User problems remotely
• Ability to ask leading questions in order to discover as much as possible about a User’s problem
• Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well
• Good interpersonal skills and roust have an amicable disposition
2. Helpdesk Second Level Support Staff:
• Microsoft Certified
• Age not below 25 years.
• At least five years’ experience in hardware, software & network support & service. Must be able to repair PC/Notebook hardware at component level
• Proficient in all desktop software products listed under Appendix D, Schedule A.
• Should be dynamic and update his knowledge of hardware, software & network continuously through further reading and Contractor organized courses.
• Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware, software & network problems expeditiously,.
• Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well.
• Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition.
• Must possess valid GCC driving license or any valid driving license.
