Oracle Customer Care and Billing Support for UAE

Job Role and responsibility
1. Provide Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) functional support 
2. Work as Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system administrator
3. Configure and implement cases and XAI 
4. Design and develop database queries, PL/SQL scripts 
5. Manage test environments and plan for FAT and UAT
6. Write technical and training documents
7. Conduct end-users training
8. Document all the problems and solutions   

   
Qualifications and Skills
1. bachelor /diploma in computing science or related
2. good knowledge in oracle customer care and billing (CC&B) functionality
3. good knowledge in CC&B data model
4. experience in oracle SQL and oracle PL/SQL
5. good experience in application support 
6. good experience in system administration and troubleshooting 
7. excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. work well in team environment
9. strong analytical skills for effective problem solving 
10. Ability to grasp issues quickly and make critical judgment
