and International Project. Handled Project control functions for Engineering / EPC type of Projects and has
been responsible for the following activities,
· Project Controls - Planning, Scheduling and monitoring,
· Project Budgeting and Costing,
· Project Estimation – Direct & Indirect Cost,
· Management reporting on Project progress and financial performance.
Preparation of Resource loaded Project Planning package by developing the schedule in to work Breakdown Structure as per Project Phase, Discipline, Area and Activities in line with scope.
• Preparation, development and monitoring of Progress measurement system (Project Monitoring).
• Formulating, Maintaining and updating the Project Schedules (up to Level 4).
• Produce recovery schedules as required by project management team
• Analyze and or checking of schedule for scope of work, logical error, critical path and schedule risk and or feasibility.
• Responsible for the additional works performed and providing inputs for the claim.
• Responsible for the Project Productivity analysis and to take the corrective actions to resolve/overcome the delays
• Handling projects of complex nature and developed plan in short span & successful in implementation of the same.
• Responsible for the Delay analysis of the Project getting delayed due to various reasons by Client in order to get the claims and Time extension & to take corrective actions..
• Preparation of 3 weeks & 3 months look ahead schedules.
• Preparation of Minutes of meeting.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
• Progress reporting with ‘S’ curves on weekly basis with Manpower Histograms.
• Responsible for follow-up with Engineering, Procurement and Vendors to generate deliverables & with Construction to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure collection of Engineering, Procurement and Construction activity Reports & Prepare the progress reports periodically.
• Preparation of Project Progress presentations to the Management & to the Client.
