* Supervision of Daily Trackers
* Maintenance of team Members Performance Dashboard
* Client Engagement
* Using industry specific knowledge and New channel sourcing
* Business Insights
* Client feedback
* Timely Operations review
* Input for monthly Invoicing
* Process Audit/SLA Tracker
* Controlling Attrition
* Team welfare and development

CTQs

* Qualification: Graduate or Above
* Experience: 4 -8 years of relevant exp
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Volume hiring
* Team handling skills.
* Excellent Communication Skills
