Provide admin and clerical support to department or individual
Manage spreadsheet
Coordinate office management activities

Operate officer equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner
Receive and relay telephone messages
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Managing the day to day operation of the office
Preparing and editing correspondence, report an presentation
