Troubleshoot & diagnose issues related to software hardware and networking.
Develop and maintain system problem analysis and resolution techniques.
Be a mentor and coach for assigned technical analyst in the team.
Support applications & operations with technical consultation and specialized programming if needed.
Provide the required technical & application support to bank users.
Skills & Qualifications:
A university degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum 3-4 yrs of IT experience in the System software development cycle process and support among which 2-3 yrs banking experience is an added advantage.
Experience in supporting 27*7 system is must.
