Position: Customer Retention Officer & Estimator
    Respond to incoming customer communications & follow work flow process Quantity Surveyor Experience and education.
    Communicate with management regarding customer needs.
    Data entry in software program.
    Data entry for work loading for RFP's and Tenders
      Make outgoing calls to verify customer satisfaction.Using Auto Cad to survey site data for work loading.
      Coordinate with the PA to Senior Management on RFPs and Tenders.
      Learn Team Bid and implement for estimating
        4+ years experience
