Camp Boss / Asst. Camp Boss for Qatar

Age : Below 45 years.

Qualification : Preferably Graduate or undergraduate with adequate experience.

                                     

Experience : 8 to 10 years experience in similar field.    

Candidate should be able to supervise and administer matters related to the camp, its employees as well as camp occupants consisting of various nationalities. Candidate should have worked as Camp Boss/Assistant Camp Boss of  large camps with an accommodation capacity of at least 800 to 1000 personnel. Should be a team leader, and must be able to handle all matters independently to ensure smooth functioning of camp activities, and also the general well-being of its occupants.      

Candidate should be a self-disciplined person, and to be able to ensure maintenance of order and discipline in the camp, also able to assist in the resolution of personnel issues and problems relating to the Camp.   Should be able to ensure maintenance and upkeep of camp premises, including cleanliness & hygiene in kitchen.    Should be familiar with preparing various reports periodically related to the camp services, camp occupancy status on a regular basis, and its related operations etc.

It is essential that the candidate should have good communication skill in English language; written as well as oral, and must be able to liaise with various departments internally as well as with local government agencies as required.     

Preference : Preference will be given to candidates qualified in catering field with knowledge and experience in managing large camp/canteens of personnel camp accommodation of Asian nationalities.    

                                  

Computer Literacy : Shall be skilled to use PC and to be working on MS Office (Word, Excel etc.).
