- Treatment of process waste water in Split-o-mat machine as per standard ,collect and store the waste as hazardous waste in waste storage area
Reclamation of dirty solvent in reclaimer unit ,collect solvent in separate drum and waste collect in UN approved drum.
Use the required personal protective equipment for personal safety
Report all incident to department and HSE department
Daily cleaning of the water treatment and solvent reclaimer area /floor
Authorize conductivity before starting the reclaimer unit.
Document the daily processed quantity of waste water and waste solvent.
Use forklift operator assistance to collect and store the sludge generated from water treatment and solvent reclaimer
Conduct regular inspections and carry out basic maintenance.
Co-ordinate and be a part of maintenance team to conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance
