    QC Inspector - CIVIL:
    Obtain and acquire knowledge of project documentation and specification requirements, standards and codes as required by the scope of the contract.
    Ensure that material receiving inspections are carried out.
    Ensure that all personnel performing inspection and testing requiring experience and qualifications are identified and that their qualifications are kept updated and recorded.
    Ensure that all testing and measuring equipment are identified, calibrated and suitable for testing and that instructions for their use and setting are available.
    Witness inspection and testing and ensure that they are performed as scheduled in order to meet project objectives.
    Evaluate inspection and testing results in accordance with requirements defined in the Contract.
    Provide support for any identified potential non-conformances or any work defects occurring systematically.
    Ensure that non-conformance reports have been closed out satisfactorily and that pertinent documentation have been completed.
    Ensure the timely issuing of inspection and testing quality records and check their adequacy to demonstrate the conformity of construction works to the Quality Control Plans.
    Collect and maintain inspection and test records and status.
    Review quality records summaries and their traceability by system, part or area of plant as required for mechanical completion and for documentation to be handed over to client.
    Execute the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.

    Issue the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
    Check the preparation of foundations.
    Check the correct preparation of reinforcements.
    Check the certifications regarding element mixes, LASTM test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis.
    Monitor atmospheric conditions during pouring operations.
    Monitor correct curing operations.
    Check the sampling operations (when required).
    Review the laboratory examination results.
    Check sub-grade dry density.
    Check moisture content.
    Check compression strength test.
    Check after execution of casting.
    Check materials quality (wire, fitting, etc.)
    Verify special processes and the relevant workers qualifications.
    Orderly collect, check and manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, controls and inspections carried out.

    Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation.
    Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans
    Proven skills in Construction operation activities, pipe insulation, Coating / painting methods, construction activities, control of instrument calibration; industry standards, quality control activities, quality inspection activities, quality reporting and site material control.
    Must be used to working in a multi-discipline environment
    A minimum of 5 years work experience in Civil Engineering Quality Control position.
    Must have worked in an expatriate situation for at least five (5) years
    Age30+
    QC Inspector - ELECTRICAL:
    Review the quality control plans and inspection test plans for construction teams and sub-contractors and forward to client for final approval. 
    Review and approve teams and subcontractors electrical procedure and specifications, as per the project requirements; 
    Ensure teams and subcontractors are following ITPs, perform checks and tests as per plans and work in compliance with codes, technical standards, and project specifications; 
    Ensure that all site activities are carried out according to reference documentation for parts of the plant within the area of responsibility, authorize their acceptance at quality control completion; 
    Supervise the electrical activities and monitor the teams and Sub-contractor electrical inspectors performance; 
    Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by Construction Subcontractors inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records; 
    Performing the required sun/alliance (""monitor"", ""witness"", ""hold point"") on due time as per the related inspection notification and being acknowledged in advance with the applicable standards and specifications.

    Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives; 
    Make the site and Subcontractors personnel aware of and train them on quality topics; 
    Ensure and assist the process of NCRs (Nonconformance Report), CAR (Corrective Action Report), Preventive Actions, etc 
    Ensure the preparation and the filing of records and of the electrical dossiers for final handover to the Management. 
    Liaising with Contractor's Inspectors the on a daily basis, providing advice and guidance on Quality issues. 
    Preparing when required by Client Interface or Project Manager daily, weekly or monthly reports according to the 
    Participating to the various site meetings when Invited by Client Interface or Project Manager applicable Instructions. 
    Ensuring the proper disposition of non-conformities, with the assistance of site based Client discipline engineers where necessary. 
    Advising the Client Site and Quality engineers of any quality related problems or deviations. 
    Monitoring the relevant Contractor personnel qualifications, where required. 
    Monitoring the availability and suitability of the material and equipment.

    Resolving all Issues, queries and critical situations related to the Electrical construction work. In a most effective and efficient manner In accordance with project requirements.
    Proven skills in Electrical operation activities, methods, construction activities, control of instrument calibration; industry standards, quality control activities, quality inspection activities, quality reporting and site material control.
    A minimum of 5 years work experience in Electrical Quality Control position.
    Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience.
    Must be used to working in a multi-discipline environment
    Must have worked in an expatriate situation for at least five (5) years
    Age30+
    QC Inspector - PIPING:
    Obtain and acquire knowledge of project documentation and specification requirements, standards and codes as required by the scope of the contract.
    Ensure that material receiving inspections are carried out.
    Ensure that all personnel performing inspection and testing requiring experience and qualifications are identified and that their qualifications are kept updated and recorded.
    Ensure that all testing and measuring equipment are identified, calibrated and suitable for testing and that instructions for their use and setting are available.
    Ensure implementation of Inspection and Test Plans for structural steel, vessels, column, tanks, spheres, heat exchangers and air coolers, skid mounted packages, piping, pipe supports, pipe ways, pipelines etc., and perform, with a minimal external support from his Supervisor, all pertinent quality control and on site surveillances.

    Witness inspection and testing and ensure that they are performed as scheduled in order to meet project objectives.
    Evaluate inspection and testing results in accordance with requirements defined in the Contract.

    Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience.
    Must be used to working in a multi-discipline environment
    Must have worked in an expatriate situation for at least five (5) years
    Age30+
    Planning Engineer
      Supervise and support the planning team,
      Direct the development of critical path schedules based on engineering, procurement and construction philosophies for the project using Primavera P6 
      Supervise Area Planners activities on a daily basis to ensure that consistent methods and procedures are followed 
      Supervise and maintain an accurate and reliable progress basis for all aspects of the work 
      Monitor engineering production of design deliverables and their impacts against the construction schedule 
      Monitor procurement and material delivery dates and their impacts on the construction schedules 
      Prepare overall progress and manpower forecasts for construction utilizing roll-up techniques 
      Maintain full tracking of all work scope and the schedules performance against approved project goals and objectives

      Regularly analyzes construction schedule activity to identify areas of criticality 
      Schedule Activity Reviews and identify potential schedule impacts resulting from engineering and procurement schedule delays 
      Prepare management level reports regarding schedule performance and alerts management to potential schedule problems and necessary actions 
      Prepare management level curves, graphs and other pertinent statistical information 
      Participate in management level presentations where expertise in planning and scheduling is required 
      Work with construction management team and sub-contractors as required when schedule problems are encountered,
      Interface with client management as required,
      Conduct schedule risk analysis on a periodic basis. 
      Collaboration for the implemented activities with Construction Management Team and Employers Planning Team. 
      Proper Guiding the activities to be implemented, compliant to Contract Constraints, and Contract Duration.
      Zero LTIs

      On time delivery of work-scope to applicable specifications
      Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports to Project Manager, and Employer.
      Produce statistical reports monitoring performance.
      The requested personnel shall have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the Construction field of experience in EPC Projects. 
      Degree qualified or equivalent Planning professional qualifications 
      Relevant international experience is essential preferably in developing country,
      Diverse experience in Project Controls, Planning/Scheduling and Cost Engineering would be considered an asset,
      Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset 
      Must have strong working knowledge of construction planning and scheduling concepts, with a strong proficiency in planning and scheduling software Primavera 6 and Microsoft Office suite of software. 
      Organizational, technical writing and verbal communication skills are essential
