- Creating/ visualizing an idea and producing a design
Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends; sense of upcoming trends and forecasting (sweater)
Planning and developing ranges
Conceptualizing product idea for fashionable trendy wear (sweater)
Analyzing the current market trends coordinating and finalizing with the in-house team
Creating, maintaining, and updating archive information
Creating and maintaining reports that allow management to get information on daily business activities
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of design and reports
Bringing the quality improvements in the process
Working independently with minimum directions and transition process

Personal Secretary to MD
- Coordinating office management activities, collect the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports from individual department and submit to the Managing Director
Arrange and schedule meeting ,conference etc for MD
Maintain event/meeting calendar;
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
Follow up Meeting task plane and give time to time update to MD
Coordinate with other department about the meeting minutes/task plan.
Conduct all secretarial tasks such as preparation of draft, office note, meeting schedule, appointment schedule etc
Ensure ticketing and travel arrangement for management;
Coordinate movement and airport protocol for Managing Director;
Coordinate the processing of Visa with embassies/Agent;
Keep correspondences by mail, e-mail, over phone with all contact person according to the requirements;
Keep and maintain all incoming and out going mail, e-mail, fax etc. of Managing Director and register the mail, e-mail, fax etc;
Maintain all confidential files, with particular reference to the Managing Director;

Marketing & Merchandising Manager
- Develop strategy for marketing department aligning with company objectives.
Setting goals and smart objectives (KPIs) for the employees of the department
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing all the activities related to order collection, sourcing, pricing, negotiating order placement, order follow-up from sampling to shipment and proceeds realization.
Responsible to ensure the target basis order collection, Capable to sourcing fabrics, trims and accessories from home and aboard and ensure that fabric and accessories are available in the factory within the time frame.
Identifying new customer opportunities and should be capable of new business development and promotion with the new buyers.
Ability to attract reputed brand
To follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipments in time.
Ensure that the Planning Manager determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing his order in the lines.
Supervise the Merchandiser Team about order, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc) and update buyers.
Should be able to negotiate and handle client orders independently.
Sound knowledge and experience in preparing product costing for buyer and capable to handle product development and sampling.
Prepare budget for export order, shipment & proceeds realization in every month.
Carrying out pre-production meetings with the factories regarding the style and packaging and shipment date
Proper documentation of all merchandising activities
Introduce reporting mechanism and ensure timely reporting to management
