Premco Global (ISO 9000:2000) is a manufacturer of Woven and Knit Elastic and Non-Elastic Narrow Fabric, Tape and Webbing for use in the Apparel, Lingerie, Sports-related, Medical, Footwear, Luggage, Furnishing and Automotive industries

1. Responsible for handling the sales team who will report to him
2. Formulation and implementation of market strategy 
3. Responsible for setting targets for sales personnel and accountable for target achievement
4. Responsible for generating leads to promote and showcase the company offering in the market. 
5. Responsible for budgeting, achieving sales & collection targets, collate competitive information and advise the top management on Marketing/Sales strategies to be adopted from time to time. 
6. Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
7. Developing new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
8. Reframe of credit terms
9. Strong skills in promotion , sales order 
10. Customer satisfaction 
11. To lead teams and support team members to achieve their goals

POSITION BASED IN VIETNAM
CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO VIETNAM
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 15 - 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TEXTILE INDUSTRY
KNOWLEDGE OF OVERSEAS TEXTILE MARKETS MANDATORY

MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND  PEOPLE SKILLS
