- 1.Supervising and coordinating activities between waiters.
2.Solve customers' complaints regarding food services.
3.Explain how to prepare food from the food list and describe its ingredients.
- MINIMUM 3-4 YRS' EXPERIENCE IN 5 STAR OR 4 STAR HOTEL.
- Cook
- 1.To carry out all tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor.
2.To assist in the preparation of mise -en-place for the section.
3.To maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- MINIMUM 3-4 YRS' EXPERIENCE IN 5 STAR OR 4 STAR HOTEL
