QA Lead

Years of experience: 7 - 12 yrs

Primary Skills:- Manual & Automation Testing, Team Managing experience. 

Secondary Skills:- SQL, Unix , SOAP UI, Bootstrap, UC4, Deployment. 

1. More than 7 years of experience in testing of Banking and Financial Services / Global Markets and derivatives domain. 
2. Strong experience with manual QA. Automation QA experience is a plus.
3. Ability to understand product quickly and perform testing. 
4. Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution and reporting for testing assignments.
5. Must possess sound knowledge on Dodd-Frank/Trade Processing/Reconciliation across different financial instruments. 
6. Good to have experience in IRD,CDS, CMDTY and Fx options. Regulatory reporting (ESMA, ACER - REMIT, OSC, MAS, ASIC etc.)
7. Ability to work with business analysts and project managers to create and prioritize test plans. 
8. Ability to lead, mentor, and guide team members. 
9. Exposure to global client and understanding of global work culture.
10. Ability to work in Agile methodology. 

Skills: 
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and service commitment.
3. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines.

JAVA Lead

Years of Experience: 7-12 yrs

Primary Skills:- Java , Advance Java, Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, SQL, HTML.

Secondary Skills:- Unix , Bootstrap, UC4, JSP, Servlet, JNDI, SOAP, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Design Patterns, Ant, HTML, Javascript, CSS, JavascriptLib (Jquery, DOJO, DWR), AJAX, XSLT, Junit, Eclipse, Rich Faces, DOJO, Technical Architect, JProfiler, Spring Security 

1. Hands-on experience of Core Java, RESTful Web Services, Multithreading, Spring MVC, Data Structures, and ORM Frameworks (Hibernate and JPA)
2. Ability to code, design, perform unit tests and code reviews, and create technical specifications and documentation. 
3. Sound understanding of various design patterns and fundamental computer science concepts related to databases and data structures 
4. Experience of working with different project execution methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
5. Excellent knowledge of object-oriented technologies, multi-tier applications, and service-oriented architecture
6. Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills
7. Good to have experience of working in Banking & Financial Services / Global Markets and derivatives domain.
8. Exposure to Big Data, Hadoop, Kafka, and MongoDB will be an added advantage.
9. Ability to mentor, guide and lead junior team members
