Management Trainee - FRESHERS

1. Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments.
2. Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
3. Attend periodic evaluations.
4. Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program. 
5. Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
6. Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
7. Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.
8. Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.

Management Trainee - Outlet

4+ years experience

.Ensure distributor and outlet stocks rotation (FIFO) to prevent stocks from getting outdated /damaged.
2.Ensure proper stacking/storage of products in the distributor premises and at the outlet.
3.Ensure and maintaining customer service superior to competitors.
4.Maintain and update records of outlet and submit specified reports and returns on time.
5.Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
6.Responsible for the administration & service of the outlet assigned.
7.Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. 
8.Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories. 
9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Sales Representative 

3+ years experience

1. Daily Client/Market visit and reporting and meeting sales targets 
2. Enquiry generation, marketing & selling of Products.
3. Monitor retailer performances to determine focus of sales efforts.
4. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
5. Generate New orders 
6. Recording orders and sending details to the sales office 
7. Giving feedback on sales trends

Mamagement Trainee - Sales

3+ years experience

1. Ensure that PRAN products reach their consumer through their presence in all retail stores.

2. Work with distributors to organize infrastructure management and capacity building of distributors staff.

3. Ensure that distributors do proper reach of products through efficient planning and operation.

4. Increase distribution to its maximum desired level. 

5. Sales forecasting & Planning

6. Sales plan for the brand as well as the sales team.

7. Distributor management & Sales promotion.

8. Search new business opportunities.

9. Play for Supervisory Responsibility for the sales force.

10. Supervise the work of SRs, Supervisors, Merchandisers and provide training and guidance to ensure achievement of target in following areas: coverage of outlet and market, Sales pitch.

11. Work and negotiate with the traders to ensure that PRAN merchandising is in place and well maintained as per the norm.

12. Management of new product innovation-achieving placement target by channel.

13. Replace damage products as per trade return policy.
