Job Description: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor sewing production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the sewing section.
2. Discuss with planning and cutting department on daily basis regarding input requirement.
3. Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Compliance.
4. Ensure cost reduction by applying all technique to minimize defect and reduce extra hour work.
5. Understand the buyers requirement and implement the necessary procedures in the production department.
6. Develop & implement new technology & modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement to enhance productivity & efficiency.
7. Monitor of productivity, materials, inventory & reconciliation of individual style.
8. Daily monitor on sewing & finishing department to full fill order quantity to avoid any sort of short shipment & ensure shipment schedule.
9. Evaluate staff performance, ensure & maintain floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
10. To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Description: Head of IE & Planning
Responsibilities:
1. Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
2. Incorporate in the plan individual customers specific needs and expectations and execute the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organisation and estimate the future work load, set strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concern departments.
3. Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
4. Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
5. Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
6. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing process.
7. Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities.
8. Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
9. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
10. Recommend methods for improving optimization of personnel, material, and utilities.
11. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
12. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
13. Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
14. Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.

1. Supervise and coordinate each and every aspect of the department.
a. Review the development packages received from buyers and put the developments into work with product development team as well as vendors.
b. Check all costing for price negotiation with buyer and then attend price & sample review meetings with buyer.
c. Settle all claims with buyers & suppliers and check all the P/I's for bb L/C before proceeding with commercial dept.
d. Updating the fabric & garment master spread sheet to all concerned dept.
2. Comply with corporate objectives of merchandise planning, competitive assortment and brand mix, quality products and services that are catered to consumer's needs and lifestyle.
3. Keep costs and other overheads of the Department within the budgeted limit.
4. Ensure sustainable measures by improving sales, market share, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.
5. Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans
6. Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
7. Responsible for various monthly reporting and variance analysis
8. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
9. Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

- 8-10 years experience in garment production management or garment quality assurance management.
- Should be skilled by practical work.

- Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
- Knowledge on Quality Assurances system.
- Knowledge on minor technical issue
