Job Description
SPOC for all co-ordination activities related to a specific project or various projects assigned.
Assists in the creation of project plans, status reports and checklists.
Maintenance and upkeep of project plans, status reports, checklists, as well as technical and user documentation
Attends project status meetings onsite with clients to understand technical issues & requirements.
Handle escalations and technical support for specific projects.
Report the status to the stakeholders (e.g. the client, project manager and the top management).
Account management of specific clients to understand new requirements and customization if any. 
Coordinate with offshore software development team, testing team to ensure timely delivery of patches, updates and to ensure tasks are completed in line with requirements.
Arranging POC (Proof of Concept), Demos for various products.
Working closely with Operations, sales and Inventory department so as to make sure that deliverables are on time.
Arranging and attending meetings with technical, business team to discuss on the requirements.
Coordinating between internal department and senior managers for the smooth functioning and roll out of the project.
Conduct demos, POC, presentation and walkthrough session to clients as and when required.
Training about product and services to our client.


Skill Set Required:
Diploma or Graduate (Computer / IT / Computer hardware) from premier institute.
Fluency in spoken/written English.
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., colleagues, immediate manager, offshore team
Good technical knowledge.
PMP, Prince2 Certified will be an added advantage
UAE Driving License Holder Preferable.
