      Apollo Hospital Muscat has an opening for the position Front Office Executive, responsible for Reception, Billing, Floor Coordination, Complaint Handling, Patient Admission and Discharge, Patient Counselling, MIS reporting and Telephone Handling. Must have minimum 4yrs of experience in similar roles.

      Facilitate a comfortable and delightful experience for patients and visitors ; provide directions to the patients and attenders to the doctors and handling queries. Providing excellent customer service as per hospital standards
      Accurate billing along with proper counselling with regard to tariffs; check on patients registration and complete their formalities. Ensure that all patients correspondence, bills are filed and maintained systematically.

      Extend and ensure warm and courteous service to all the patients, guests and employees of the Hospital 
      Maintain registration, admission, discharge and transfer protocols of the hospital ; have detailed information regarding admissions, their room requirements and expected discharges of the day. Ensure that every patient has a smooth and quick check-in with the doctors, with the aim of reducing the waiting hours. Ensure all information are transmitted in time to all the patients regarding their appointment with the doctors. Handing over cash, card receipts to the concerned person from accounts department.
      Ensure all the complaints from the patients and attenders are handled delicately and informed to the In-charge; ensure proper hand over is done every day before the shift end. Informing Security Incharge / Manager Operations about any suspicious incidents or person. Should be able to handle all patients without bias or prejudice.
      Answer all incoming calls for appointments and query from the patients and record the same; collect OPD patients feedback and work out on suggestions provided by the patient visitors. 
      Adhere to strict staff grooming standards; should be ready to work on any shifts including Sundays and as required.
