Warehouse Shift Manager for Dubai

Our Prestigious Client a Retail Giant in Middle East is looking for Shift Manager Warehouse for Dubai location . 

Key Responsibilities :

Determining of the operations in the shift which had been assigned. 
Product and premises security during assigned shift
Liaise with warehouse supervisor and staffs and understanding the existing processes and eliminating non value adding activities 
Re investigation of loading and picking errors, out of stocks etc.,
Determine compliance with policies and procedures. 
Ensuring that orders are picked and ready for delivery on a timely basis and to run a smooth operations.
Assigning work to night shifts staffs.
Issues or conflicts if any can be resolved.
To manage productivity on daily basis and heady up a shift of workers scheduled during a particular day.
Continues monitoring of employee productivity and department throughputs
Proper resource allocation for the warehouse operation activities. 
Managing Trouble/Damage items and QC related activities. 
Keep in regular contact for extra picking if any with other departments/Stores.
