Retail Store Manager for Fiji Islands

Our client is a large trading and retail organisation based at Fiji Islands, Our client is the second largest company on the Fiji Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of approximately USD 150 million. They are a market leader and multi brand retailer of electrical, furniture computers, electronics, phones, TVs, audio, video, sporting, floor coverings, soft furnishings, homeware and other durable home goods. They have dominated the market for several decades with an extensive store network in all major cities and towns in Fiji.

The Retail Manager is responsible: 

For all aspect of the performance of the store. 
Establishes and maintains regular and close contact with head office and Regional Retail Manager. 
Is expected to lead by example in all aspects of his performance. 
Must at all time present themselves as a role model to all employees. 
Should maintain and promote good working relationships with and among all store personnel under his responsibility

Main duties would be, but not limited to:
1. Branch Administration
2. Sales and Profitability Management
3. Sales and Marketing
4. Performance Management
5. Customer Service Management
6. Risk Management
7. Stock Management

Desired Profile (Man Specifications)
To take responsibility for the overall day-to-day operations of the Store and to take a proactive role to maximise sales and meet profitability targets.

Experience (in figures) - Min: 7.00 yrs Max: 15.00 yrs
