EXPERIENCE:
Good experience into manufacturing industry
5 Years experience in to accounting, taxation
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for all accounting and finance related matters for all subsidiaries
Supporting Audits, Taxation related issues for subsidiaries
Coordinator and review job with all Controller at subsidiaries companies to get job done as per schedule
Ensure Abatek group level finance is in enforce through the organization
Budgeting, analysis of results and forecasting for all subsidiaries
Monitoring manpower planning according to budget
Risk management and ensure and ensure all assets and risks are covered under existing insurance
Work closely with subsidiaries to bring cost efficiency for the group
Follow up and review month closing activities with subsidiaries companies
Prepare deep-dive profitability analysis by products and alert the negative/declining margin to the business team through pricing committee.
Be involve into internal audit and external audits.
Control the Profit and loss statement to meet budget (Gross margin, Inventory , SG&A, Operating margin, Free Cash Flow).
coordinates the preparation and analysis of several reports and documents, such as: weekly indicators follow up, monthly closing including budget.
drive the improvement of financial control area and work in collaboration with other functions to generate the expected business results
