• Responsible for ensuring the right material at right time for all regular components.
• Responsible for the entire local and import procurement.
• Monitoring stock for optimum inventory.
• Ensure prompt return of defective material to suppliers.
• Costing of components, Negotiation with supplier, making comparative analysis and releasing purchase orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost increase/reduction.
• Identifying potential vendors, evaluating their performance for obtaining quality product/materials.
• Releasing of Vendors monthly schedule based on customers sales plans.
• Time and cost estimation of components.
• Tracking critical parts & ensure no/zero line stoppage.
• Calculation of Vendors Performance Rating based on Delivery & Quality.
• Continuously improvement in vendor performance rating
